On March 17, 2021 I Drove 6 hours from Belmont to China Lake and spent the night in a hotel there. March 28 I drove 5 hours on a rough road to the Saline Valley Warm Springs, camped in a tent there. Next day 4.5 hours out to Big Pine, then South to Lone Pine on 395, then to the hotel in Furnace Creek, Death Valley. On March 20 hike from the Golden Canyon to Zabriskie Point and back. March 21 is Dante's View and Artis Palette. March 22 is Keane Wonder Mine, one of the 2 profitable gold mines of the Death Valley. March 23 the Ubehebe and Little Hebe craters, the wind almost blew me off the rim. March 24 I visited the ghost town Rhyolite in Nevada and then went to the Red Wall Canyon. It was 2 miles from the road where I left the car to the canyon entrance. I was alone both in the valley floor and in the canyon.
